Our Women's Self-Defense Program is unlike any you've ever seen. 
It is based on JKD (Jeet Kune Do) & Filipino Martial Arts -
these two arts are proven to be the best for real world self-defense.

Our Women's Self Defense Program is designed to train you in:

1. Developing Awareness & Perception

-Learn how to identify Hot Spots (danger factors) and avoid them.
-Learn of the hidden dangers in certain street situations and prevent them from happening.
-Learn the most common street ambush set-ups and how to avoid them.
-Learn how criminals identify potential victims just by watching posture and body language. 
-Learn how you can make yourself look like a strong, confident woman!
2. Reading Body Language
-Learn to read what people are telling you with their body language.
-Learn to intercept their intentions and stop them before it gets worse.
-Learn how to spot criminal behavior on the street and avoid them.
3. Avoiding Common Mistakes
-Learn how to make a fist & punch bare-knuckled without breaking your hand
-Learn how to stay loose and relaxed when you fight to avoid wasting energy
-Learn the number one way to attack your opponent's weak spots, without him being able to stop you!
4. Adapting to Any Scenario or Altercation
-Learn to adapt to any scenario by being proficient in all ranges of combat, from long range, close range, and ground range. No matter how close the bad guy is to you and how much space you have to move, you'll know what to do.
5. Long Range - includes kicking and hand techniques from JKD and Filipino Kali.
-This involves Kickboxing, Boxing, and Panantukan.
6. Close Range - includes close-quarters techniques from JKD and Filipino Kali. 
-This involves the most effective close-range tools, such as elbows, knees, headbutts, eye attacks, palm strikes, neck pulls, groin grabs, chokes, arm locks, joint locks, pinches, and pressure points.
7. Ground Range - includes ground defense techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Shooto, and JKD. 
-This involves escapes, reversals, sweeps, and counters from every position and attack on the ground.
-Learn how to escape from the mounted position. 
-Learn how to escape from holds, grabs, chokes, and joint locks applied to you in a standing position.
8. Weapons Range - includes defense against edged weapons (knife etc.), impact weapons (sticks, baseball bat etc.), guns, and various other weapons.
-This involves learning how to use weapons for defense, such as sticks, swords, knives, and various other practical weapons. 
-We will also teach you how to disarm guns, knives, and impact weapons. Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Training - includes coping with fear and stress, emotional control, strategies and tactics, philosophy, & Killer Instinct.
