Here are 5 TIPS for your first day of class:
1. Plan to arrive ten minutes early. You have to fill out a form when you arrive.
2. Please wear proper clothes for exercise and movement. We suggest t-shirt, tank top, yoga wear, shorts, or sweatpants. No jeans, button shirts, business attire, etc. will be allowed on the mat.
3. You can go bare foot or wear socks. Street shoes are NEVER allowed on the mat.
4. You do not have to bring any equipment. We will provide all the equipment you will need.
5. Bring a water bottle and towel. You will be sweating a lot during training.
